We offer a 25% bonus for in-store credit.
What if my items aren't in near mint condition?
We pay 50% of the listed buy list price for "played" condition miniatures or cards. These are items that show obvious wear or have missing/broken pieces, are painted or are otherwise modified from the original. We grade all items once it arrives. Any changes due to condition will be applied at that time and you will be notified of any changes.

What if my items are lost or damaged in the mail?
We strongly recommend all you send your items via a trackable and/or insured shipping method. We recommend using USPS Delivery Confirmation to receive notification when the package is delivered to us. FedEx and UPS insure packages up to $100 for free as well. Please note we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged by shipping services.

How long do I have to ship my items after approval?
All approved Buy List items must be mailed within 10 days of our approval email notification. Buy List prices are subject to change if your items are not shipped within this 10 day period.

If items are rejected, how do I get them back?
We can return items marked for return with a future order at no charge to you. Alternatively, we can sent back separately but there is a fee to cover the shipping/materials ($3.00 for cards-only and $5.00 for miniatures within the contiguous United States). Please contact us at buyer@hobbut.com to request your items be returned. Please note returns must be requested within two months for items to be returned. Any items not requested within this two month period will be discarded.

We reserve the right to refuse any submitted Buy List or individual items in any Buy List or items shipped to us for any reason. Any individual item quantity may be adjusted for any reason. We'll be sure to notify you of any issues or concerns as they arise.
